In partnership with LifeLabs, the only DAP accredited lab to analyze COVID testing in BC.
All reports are delivered electronically for speed and security. Paper copies are provided upon request.
As soon as you have confirmed your travel time and date, book online or email us right away to book an appointment.

If you wish to call, we will take the full payment over the phone 604 558 4633 with your credit card or online via eTransfer (send it to email@example.com, no password or set any password).
It is your responsibility to choose the appropriate time for your travel. We highly recommend two days prior to your departure date if it meets the requirements.
After booking your appointment, we will email you an easy to complete intake form for you to fill out on your computer or mobile. This must be completed at least one business day prior to your appointment. Your entered information must match your passport.
Please double-check the information for accuracy as we will use the information provided to generate a certificate.
Please arrive at the clinic at least 10 mins before your appointment time.
If the optional serology test is required, we will first help you book a place in line at a nearby LifeLabs location with the shortest wait time.
At the approximate appointment time, the PCR swab sample is taken.
If a serology test is required, proceed to Lifelabs with the requisition provided by our physician. No need to pay any additional fees.
Typically the report will be available between 1-3 business days, depending on LifeLabs reporting. We process our reports and certificates at least three times a day.
We will email you the completed reports and certificate in PDF format. We suggest printing multiple copies for your use during your travel. If you are unable to print at home, please come to the clinic in person, we are happy to provide you with printed copies. We do not recommend us sending you printed copies by courier as this may further delay the report.
For any change in your travel plans, it may be required to repeat the entire testing process.
We will offer a $20 discount for any retesting due to a change in plans.
Please book your appointment as soon as you confirm your travel plans. It is the client's responsibility to confirm the requirements of your destination country. Please confirm with the airline of the exact requirement test date and time before making an appointment with us. Typically the report is completed within 1-2 business days. We strive to provide you with your report and certificate as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to situations out of our control, Matters of Health (A+ Travel Tests) cannot guarantee the exact completion date as we have no control of the testing process at LifeLabs. Delays at LifeLabs are possible. Matters of Health is not responsible for any damages or costs due to a delay or denial of travel. All fees are non-refundable.
